Kick off the holidays with a night of creativity, cocktails, and cozy chaos at Crafts & Craft Cocktails — where we mix drinks and masterpieces.

Start the night with a hands-on lesson in crafting a seasonal cocktail, then enjoy your creation while you decorate your very own “gingerbread” house — made from cardboard and decked out with craft supplies instead of candy, so it can shine all season long (or forever, if you’re sentimental like that).

DIY Taco Bars must be ordered 24 hours in advance and require a minimum of 20 people. Select from the taco fillings below, then we'll provide the fixin's, and you assemble your tacos however you like. Taco bar fixin's: cotija cheese, queso fresco, romaine lettuce, onion, cilantro, crema, and assorted salsas. Choose from 4.5" white corn tortillas or 4.5" flour tortillas, or half and half. Taco fillings and garnishes are labeled and packaged separately to be served buffet style. Pickup and delivery available (delivery charge may apply).

Join us at the Madison Night Market for an evening of tacos, treats, and downtown vibes 🌮✨. We'll be serving up Canteen favorites like pork carnitas, chicken pastor, braised barbacoa, and roasted cauliflower street tacos, plus Mexican street corn, sodas, creamy horchata, and churros with chocolate sauce. Find our tent at the top of State Street near the Capitol Square. Look for the tacos—you can’t miss us!

Parking

Metered street parking is the main option around the Square. Try the smaller side streets—they usually have longer parking options, up to 2 hours.

If you plan to park for longer, there are a number of garages available.

Weekday Hourly Rate: $2.00 per 20 minutes, for the first 2 hours, $1 per 20 minutes thereafter, $27.00 daily max.
Weekday Evenings (after 4pm) : $10.00 flat fee
Weekend: $10 flat fee, per day

Capital Square- South - on the corner of S Fairchild and W Main

Wilson Street Garage and the Overture Center Garage are also within a few blocks.
Both garages allow you to stay for as long as you want and pay at the end.

Accessibility

Our entryway has one small step, and we have a portable ramp that is available upon request. Our bathrooms are ADA compliant. We have a variety of seating options, including standard height tables that folks can roll up to. Our outdoor patio is open seasonally, as weather permits.

Location

Find us at 111 South Hamilton Street, just off the downtown square in Madison, Wisconsin. The one-way streets around the square can be a bit confusing, so double-check your map directions if you’re driving.

We’re great for group events because we’re open to doing just about any kind of awesome you have in mind. We can do taco & nacho bars, tray-passed apps, and tacos, or plated entrees. Book us for casual events, business dinners, birthday and holiday parties, and rehearsal/welcome dinners. Let’s party!

PLEASE NOTE:

If the food and beverage bill at your event does not reach the minimum, the remaining balance will be charged as a room fee rental.
If you would like an event time over more than one meal period, the food and beverage minimum is a combined total of both meal periods.
Food and beverage minimums are subject to price increases on holiday weekends, UW Commencement weekend, and other large downtown-focused event dates.
